Ghost is a rather eccentric elf, probably due to the fact that she was raised by dragons. The elves banished her after she almost burnt down their library. That brief bit of her history brings to light two of her obsessions: dragons and fire. She also likes magic, particularly if it can be used to produce fire. When not reading her dragon tome or staring at an open flame Ghost may spend her time seeing things that aren't there, or pestering Norten. Despite her quirks Ghost is a really nice person who is always there for her friends. She is also a surprising fount of knowledge and wisdom when she puts her mind to it.

Norten is pretty much an enigma to those trying to travel with him. He is greedy, rude and always looking for attention, but when the party is faced with danger he'll put everything on the line, not necessarily in the brightest manner, but he does his best. Norten comes from a rich family of gnomes in Odwin where his mother still lives. Apparently they couldn't put up with him and kicked him out of the house with enough money to keep most people going for ages, but then Norten isn't most people.

Catherine Dona'Kova III

Katie is easy going and likable but is possessed by a quick temper that can blow without warning, or just about all the time if she doesn't like the situation she's in. She comes from a one of the prestigious warrior families of Odwin. Raised amid the luxury of her family's considerable fortune, Katie is a bit spoiled and has never known true hardship; she will need to grow up considerably, if she is survive out on her own. Katie's Father is a Sword Master in the Odwin Shield, (the local army), and her Mother is Captain of the Town Watch. The only one not martially inclined in her family is her younger brother Zachary, who wants to become an artist. The Dona'Kova's have a long standing rivalry with one of the other warrior families in the region, the Van'Doga's.

Not much is known about Tessa. She doesn't talk a lot and when she does it is usually to complain about Norten. She also claims she has amnesia and doesn't remember anything before being nursed back to health by some clerics of Pelor. She is critical and judgmental and quick to take a dislike to those who don't come up to her standards. She also may hear voices in her head.

Char (is that even her real name?)

Char is quiet, sarcastic, street wise and incredibly short. She says it's because her growth was inhibited due to starving her entire life. She sees the world through callused eyes, views jail as a place with a meal and a roof over your head, and may once have worked in a circus. No one has ever seen her spend a copper. Perhaps she is the one Tessa should really be watching.

Orion is an adventurer in the true sense of the word. He's roving through life looking for thrills and excitement, money isn't bad either, but it is more of a passing fancy for him than something to collect. Originally from the Westerlies, Orion sailed south when a grateful priest he'd rescued handed him a note from Heironeous, the Falcon God himself. He isn't particularly devout, but when a deity says "Go", you listen.

Monkey originally belonged to Skamp, and if he had any other name the foul-tempered elf took it with him to his grave. There is more to Monkey than meets the eye. He can talk, for one, albeit with the help of an enchanted earring. He also plays favorites and likes getting into trouble. I don't think our wayward adventurers know yet, just what they have on their hands.

Omar Von'Norf

A rather extravagant fellow, Omar is loud and outgoing. Many find him more than a little annoying. He works for the Mage Hayden of Maiden's Hair, Charilus Van'Mercer, but he isn't your average employee. Apparently he owes the prickly mage a Blood Debt, for what we don't yet know. Don't let his frivolity and mercurial moods fool you, Omar is actually quite competent and is a fair hand at magic.

Charilus Van'Mercer

Grouchy, intolerant, and violent when angered Charilus isn't the easiest person to get along with. He considers most people to be idiots and wouldn't waste his time with them, except that his responsibilities as Mage Hayden keep him tied up in Maiden's Hair, which means he doesn't have time to pursue his true obsession - finding the Masks of Destiny.

Shar's Marauders

We don't know much about this motley crew yet, other than that they also seem to be hunting masks. Shar is a well-know mercenary who works for the highest bidder. She seems to have little scruples when it comes to who she works with, after all, one of her number is certifiably insane, and another may be the only ogre found south of Osclog.

Elan Mia

Height: 5' 0"

Elan is Charilus's granddaughter, and perhaps the only soul alive for whom he reserves a soft place in his heart. She's kind, unassuming and generous, but has enough spunk to stand up to her grandfather, which is saying something. She also has a fondness for clothes and a talent for healing.

Both her parents were paladins of Pelor, but they died when she was very young. They were trying to collect the Masks at the time and Charilus is convinced that finishing their work is the only way to honor their memory.
